Some venues don’t need much. Castell de Sant Marçal does the talking, and the cake has to know it. For Kristin & Hari’s wedding we created four tiers for more than 200 guests, with hundreds of wafer paper strips placed by hand, one by one, until the movement feels almost architectural.

This is the kind of brief I live for.

Hay espacios que no necesitan mucho. El Castell de Sant Marçal habla solo, y la tarta tiene que estar a la altura. Para la boda de Kristin y Hari creamos cuatro pisos para más de 200 invitados, con cientos de tiras de papel de oblea colocadas a mano, una a una, hasta que el movimiento se vuelve casi arquitectónico.
