Ellen wanted to surprise Will with something different, so we created a giant tiramisu, the sweet highlight of their celebration at Villa Alma Nita. It was assembled live on site, layer by layer, with classic Italian cream, savoiardi biscuits, strong coffee and high-quality cocoa.
