An elegant, ethereal white wedding cake: three tiers of smooth Swiss buttercream with a cascade of translucent rice paper sails. Made for a September wedding at Castell de Sant Marçal, just outside Barcelona.

The top tier was 100% dairy-free, Swiss buttercream included. You couldn’t tell the difference from the other tiers, neither in texture nor in flavour.

Una tarta de boda blanca, elegante y etérea: tres pisos de swiss buttercream lisa con una cascada de velas de papel de arroz translúcidas. Para una boda de septiembre en el Castell de Sant Marçal, a las afueras de Barcelona.

El piso superior era 100% sin lácteos, swiss buttercream incluida. No se notaba ninguna diferencia con los otros pisos, ni en textura ni en sabor.
