Your wedding deserves a cake as amazing and special as you are as a couple. In Mericakes, we truly believe that every couple and every weeding is diferent, that’s why we work very hard to help you create a wedding cake according to your style and personal requirements, not only in the design but also in the fillings and the flavours. You deserve nothing but the wedding cake of your dreams!

Mericake’s wedding cakes are known for their elegant and beautiful designs together with delicious textures and flavours in your mouth Our sponge cakes are baked with love with the best ingredients and handcrafted decorated, with dedication and attention to the smallest details.

You can visit us in Mericake’s Atelier (Barcelona), arranging an appointment, and see in person some of our creations. During the meeting, we will go through our catalogue and listen to your ideas and your wedding details as tools for designing your perfect and exclusive wedding cake. In order to help us create your wedding cake, we encourage you to bring any items that are important to you and to your wedding: lace and fabric samples of the bridal gown, a picture of the wedding bouquet or the centerpiece flowers, color samples… By the end of this meeting, you should have an approximate design and budget of your final wedding cake. During our second appointment, you will taste 3 chosen flavours from our Menu and choose a winner for the final wedding cake.

Meritxell Montserrat, our master chef, will personally look after the whole process of creation of your wedding (delivery, service and presentation) to ensure that every detail is perfect and that you get the best wedding cake that you could have.

100% pure cocoa and Tahití vanilla moist sponge cake (Red Velvet) filled with mascarpone, lemon and red berries soaked in cosmopolitan cocktail.


Vanilla and Iranian pistachio sponge cake filled with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream.


Cardamom and lime sponge cake filled with vanilla bourbon and preserved mango Swiss meringue buttercream.


Rose and almond sponge cake filled with “Mar de Cava” Swiss meringue buttercream.
